Guidet fælleslæsning for psykisk sårbare
Tid til læsning løb af stablen 2016-2020 med støtte fra Region Midtjyllands kulturudviklingsmidler. Med i projektet var Læseforeningen, forskere fra Aarhus Universitet og bibliotekarer og sundhedskonsulenter fra de midtjyske kommuner Viborg, Holstebro, Herning, Ikast-Brande og Horsens.

"Rapporten konkluderer, at læsegruppedeltagelse har en signifikant positiv effekt på depression, stress og angst. Deltagerne oplever læsegruppen som en meningsfuld, tryg og stimulerende aktivitet, der bidrager positivt til deres hverdag. På det strategiske plan konkluderer rapporten, at brobygning mellem kultur og sundhed er altafgørende for en succesfuld implementering af tilbuddet."

Shared reading for the mentally vulnerable
Time for took place in 2016-2020 with support from Central Denmark Region. Participating in the project were the Reading Association, researchers from Aarhus University and librarians and health consultants from the Central Denmark municipalities of Viborg, Holstebro, Herning, Ikast-Brande and Horsens.
The final report was published in 2020.
"The report concludes that reading group participation has a significant positive effect on depression, stress and anxiety. Participants experience the reading group as a meaningful, safe and stimulating activity that contributes positively to their daily lives. At the strategic level, the report concludes that building a bridge between culture and health is crucial for the successful implementation of the offer. "
